At VERSÉS, we work with exclusive, handcrafted pieces in limited productions. Before placing your order, we recommend reviewing the product description and size guide carefully.

Shipping within Argentina

All orders are shipped from Buenos Aires.

We offer free shipping within Argentina on VERSÉS orders over $100,000.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location, selected shipping service and availability of the piece.

International shipping

We ship internationally to the countries available in our store.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping service and customs process. Taxes, duties or import fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Made to order and made to measure

Some pieces may be made to order or made to measure, depending on material availability and the characteristics of the design.

Made-to-measure or clearly customized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned due to size, fit or personal preference, unless there is a fault or error attributable to the brand.

Exchanges and returns within Argentina

Within Argentina, exchanges and returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date the order is received.

To start the process, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. You may also use the Withdrawal Button available in the store.

The piece must be unused, unwashed, free of perfume, stains or alterations, and returned with its original tags and corresponding packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock, size and model availability. Shipping costs for size changes or personal preference are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of a product fault or an error in the order shipped.

International exchanges and returns

At the moment, we do not accept international exchanges or returns due to size, fit or personal preference. We recommend reviewing the size guide and product description before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Important conditions

We do not accept exchanges or returns of pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, perfumed, damaged, show signs of use or are returned without their original packaging.

Pieces damaged by misuse, incorrect washing or improper care will not be considered a production fault. VERSÉS reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns when the piece does not meet these conditions.
